About the Role
1. Monitor and record patient vital signs.
2. Create care plans for patients.
3. Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene
4. Administer medication and treatments..
5. Assist with procedures.
6. Perform wound care and skin care.
7. Draw blood and collect lab work.
8. Redirection, monitoring and observation that are integral to a personal service plan in the above items
9. Incidental household services that are an integral part of a personal service plan in the above items
10. Appropriate reporting of changes in client status.


Requirements

Eighteen (18) years of age
-
Be able to provide covered services according to the person’s Service plan.

Meets the training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws.

Must be able to read and write in English.

Associate Degree in Nursing
-
Must pass NCLEX-RN.
